Very good products but the website is very inefficient
Purchased of BT for years and always purchased same size of trousers, this order consisted of two pairs of trousers from the same range and one fitted and the other was far to small, never had this type of issue from BT.

This is my first choice shirt supplier. Why? They don't charge extra for pockets. Check before you order. Give them a try. Guaranteed you will prefer them. They keep mailing, where another big name just dropped me off. I was a good customer. Cant buy shirts every month. These chaps aren't taking part in the recession. No time to waste.
I have ordered about two dozen shirts and several other garments from Brook Tavenerner. I have been delighted with them all. The style and quality are consistently excellent. Packaging and delivery are great. I just can't recommend them enough.

Just ordered trousers from Brook Taverner for my husband and the service and the quality of the clothes are excellent. So happy I have found Brook Taverner and can't recommend highly enough.
Delivery was very late, but I was not given any information until I chased delivery
I ordered by telephone and was helped regarding sizing and about delivery times as one item was out of stock. Customer services explained that In stock items would be dispatched first and the outstanding item would arrive later, this was accurate as items arrived exactly as advised at the time of ordering. I have had a number of items from Brook Taverner now and have been pleased with all my purchases, especially as I am getting more used to cuts and sizes now, particularly for shirts as I have had some too tight and others too big. The clothing is reasonably priced and good quality.

Very good products and service. Only once let down by abnormal sizing but problem resolved by very easy returns procedure.
